Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs a wide variety of customer service and related duties. A CSR greets our customers, makes them feel welcome in the lobby or over the phone; accurately and efficiently processes transactions which include but are not limited to; deposits, opening/closing accounts, cashing checks, and loan payments. In addition the CSR will ask customers questions and listen in order to identify their additional financial needs to provide the right products and services which will deepen our customer relationships. CSRs attend monthly training meetings and continuing education opportunities in order to understand, follow and keep updated on compliance regulations, products and services. As a CSR, one must maintain privacy and confidentiality with all customer information, balance a cash drawer and provide support to other departments within the bank. No supervision is exercised in this position.
