Northern Lights Youth Gymnastics is THRILLED to share their passion for gymnastics with your son/daughter! Gymnastics is an amazing sport that develops both physical and emotional strength and they are firm believers that the training involved in their program will not only build on your child's tumbling skills but will also help them excel in whatever other sports they choose in the future. Students will learn and develop various skills on the tumbling mats, balance beams, springboard and bar set and will be broken into small groups based on the skills they are currently mastering.
