Essentia Health Moose Lake Foundation 18 Hole Scramble Friday June 24 First Place Awards in: Men's, Women's, Co-Ed $500 Grand Prize Drawing $100 Putt Contest Plus many more prizes! 

On behalf of all the patients who count on Essentia Health Moose Lake for their care, and for their appreciative families, we thank you for your generous participation. The money we raise stays here. $75 for an individual golfer $300 for 4 person teams Registration includes 18 holes of golf, a $500 Grand Prize Chance Drawing per golfer, swag bag, lunch on the run, dinner buffet, drawings, games, prizes and more! 

Our tournament fills up quickly! We allocate spots on a first-paid/first-served basis.

In case of rain or severe weather, we will do our best to reschedule the event. All registration and sponsorship fees will be considered donation if event is unable to be rescheduled.
