Our office of licensed realtors happens to be located in a central area of many Minnesota lakes, all about 1.5 – 2.5 hours from St.Paul and Minneapolis including Sturgeon Lake, Island Lake and Sand Lake. We are also near the Nemadji Forest, General Andrews Forest, Moose Lake State Park and Agate Center, Carlton County Memorial Forest, Banning State Park, Jay Cooke State Park, Scenic HWY 23 and many other natural wonders of Minnesota. This entire area that we are centrally located in boasts some of the best snowmobiling, 4 wheeling, fishing, hunting and recreation land in the country. 

Agents

Working with licensed agents is definitely an advantage for the buyer and the seller. Licensed agents are trained in the laws of the state, they have fiduciary responsibilities and are held to a higher standard by the State of Minnesota Department of Commerce. This means that your rights as a buyer or a seller are cared for. If you do not use a licensed agent to buy or sell, you do not have someone looking out for your rights. All licensed agents must attend yearly continuing education so that they are updated on all new laws and regulations.
